    I prebooked a ticket yesterday for disabled ans sent an email saying I would like to book a mobility scooter. Myself and my daughter was o the phone from 9am until answered at 9.50am and was told I needed to pre book before the zoo opened so could not have one. I explained I sent an email to rebook but was told they have all gone. I asked if there was a wheelchair but told I had to pre book before the zoo opened and would have to go to rentals to see if any left but could not pre book ad zoo opened. I thought zoo opened at 10am?
