When entering the hotel at reception, staff was very polite in a professional way. The hotel has accessible parking for disabled guests. There is disabled room which they provided me on the ground floor which was quite good and as per my expectation but little bit issue with accessible bathroom i would say. Need to be work on that for the hotel. Also they have wide space in the restaurant for the disabled guests. Good Hotel to stay but caution with advance booking only.
