If you are disabled, you will need to tell in advance during the booking because the lift doesn’t service all rooms. The hotel was a very disabled friendly hotel for me. The service is friendly and welcoming. Our room was perfect and quite and had a good night sleep. Bed was lovely and comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was superb. Staff were well trained and friendly to me. Overall good stay for me and enjoyed it.
