As a disabled traveler i often travel with fear in view of disability at the hotel but not this time when i arrived and stayed here. The staff are so friendly and courteous, always willing to help and smiling. Gardens & lake are not accessible by mobility scooter. The rooms were very comfortable and the view across the lake was lovely. The bathroom consisted of basin, WC and bath with shower. Will stay here for sure next time. No doubt in that. A good disabled friendly hotel.
