I stayed with my disabled mother for a family event. The location was ideal and central for us as we were touring around the locale. They have disability ramp and disabled parking bays. The Accessible room which I was sharing with my mother had a double bed. Unfortunately the accessible bathroom has walk in shower. I found the staff very accommodating and came up with solutions to the access problems. There is a removable ramp to access the dining area but access to the bar was via a ramp outside through a door down a narrow corridor and through another door. This hotel is difficult for people who use wheelchairs. Service was excellent. Overall good stay for me and my mother.
