On arrival found the disabled parking easily but in the evening time when returned back no spaces were available and one car was parked without showing the badge. The staff on reception was friendly and helpful, having stayed here we didn’t need a full explanation of everything. I needed disabled access. No problem, they found a double room on the ground floor for us which also happened to be a disabled room. Room and food, exceptional with great accessibility and many choices in the food. Overall they had good facilities for disabled visitors and internally the hotel was quiet. Will stay again in the future.
