Stayed here one night on business. Premier Inn is in the centre of St Albans so convenient for all amenities. Room allocated was disabled and was fine, clean and comfortable. Very large comfortable disabled room. Bathroom was too huge and accessible to me. Staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. There is no disabled parking and the loading bay was full of parked cars. We were on the quieter side of the hotel. other than that very modern hotel. Excellent disabled facilities!
