The staff at this hotel were friendly and caring, this went for both the reception and housekeeping staff. The reception staff went out of their way to sort out the booking problems, even offering us disabled access rooms. The accessible rooms allow wheelchair access to everything, but have an ordinary bath, which is not very good for those with limited mobility. There is at least one disabled room with a wet room, which is brilliant. The breakfast room is in a separate building which is close to the main hotel which can be difficult for mobility users. Everything else was great, as usual. Premier Inns deserve all the awards they get, and this is one of the most modern ones.
