Stayed here for one night and made advance booking for a disabled room telephonic. Reception gave us warm and friendly welcome. Disabled accessible suite was comfortable, although with a bath and step in shower. We had walk in shower in our previous stay which was on ground floor but due to this time more rush didnt got. The handrail along the bath is loe down near the rim of the bath and this makes it very close to the surface of the flat, tiled surface which fills the void at the end of the bath. Bed is an extra wide but fairly low double. Ample room for a mobility aid and luggage. Lift through fire door on upper floors, but has the advantage of opening on opposite side when at ground floor to save turning a wheelchair or walking aid. Restaurant spaced sufficiently to accommodate mobility aids. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order. Parking for three blue badge holders adjacent to Reception. Great another stay at this hotel.
