The hotel is very close to a tube station. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Great idea of security of lifts via scanning your room card. We had disabled room and the room was large and accessible but the shower had a bath and not a wet room which was not suitable to me. A wet room is a must required in the disabled room. Baths are very high. I found it hard to get in and out of the bath. Not accessible to me at all. Other than this good hotel. Will think about stay next time. Not sure.
