On arrival found the parking for disabled not good only two parking Spaces they have. And if you have trouble walking once you’re in the car park it’s very hard for someone With a disability to manage to get up the ramp and into the hotel or up the stairs because the lift stops and starts I only used it once not good. Had a disabled room and the room was large and accessible but not the bathroom. No walk in shower. The staff was good and friendly. Overall average stay.
