Firstly it was very difficult to find reception, when we did locate it, we couldn’t park anywhere near, there was one disabled bay but someone had parked there without displaying a blue badge. Receptionist was not interested at all in the complaint. I had disabled room and the disabled room was in the annexe, we were shown the path (outside) that led to the annexe. Very difficult to walk so far. When inside the room no wet room and only bath again unsuitable to me. Not accessible hotel. Please avoid if disabled.
