Having stayed in this lovely hotel in excellent location many times before over the years, knowing it well and having recommended it to others. There are however not enough disabled parking places and some very steep steps down to the entrance level to reception. The staff were all very helpful very welcoming. We had disabled room which was lovely an roomy plus it had pull out bed that most disabled rooms don’t. Down side is it was still bath with shower over but plenty rails an room to move about and also sliding door to bathroom had stopper so make sure your chair is not extra wide. Would recommend.
