I use Premier Inn very frequently and a friendly helpful hotel who go out of their way to help disabled guests. As my partner is in a wheelchair the staff were very good and we were allocated the disabled room. The bed and sink was low and perfectly for the wheelchair user. The wet room is large, safe and easy to use. Disabled parking available at the hotel. The lifts are compact, but there is enough room. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Overall great accessible stay for me.
