Before making the booking i telephoned to ask if the room was disabled friendly, i was told yes and so i booked a disabled room on the website. it was not !! On arrival when found the room it was not at all disabled friendly for wheelchair users as could not use the shower as it was over the bath and bed too much low. The shower wasn’t very powerful for me and there were only two plug sockets in the room. I would definitely not recommend to a disabled guest.
