On arrival found the disabled parking bays used by vans. We struggled to get Disabled parking. The hotel staff can clearly see the two disabled parking bays yet let trade vehicles park in those areas not displaying a Disabled badge. Requested the disabled room and our room was close to reception which was ideal as I am slightly disabled; everything was as I expect from this hotel chain, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Very comfy bed & pillows really lovely shower and TV was good too. Very quiet and enjoyable night except parking issue.
