On arrival found the staff at this hotel could not be more helpful. Right from the moment I arrived until I left they were there to help. A good quiet disabled room was booked and for once in a Premier Inn the room had excellent lighting. Our room was spacious and comfortable and I found the bathroom to be very well equipped and easy to use. Once again the staff were very pleasant and helpful and this made for a very stress-free, enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again.
