I am in a wheelchair and have recently stayed in many premier inns and find them excellent, the downside is that accessible rooms with wet rooms and showers are limited. Unfortunately when I arrived at this hotel there had been a mix up and the only accessible room still available was one with a bath it had grab rails but the bath room was so tiny it was virtually impossible to get into with my wheel chair and you could only go in forward and out backwards as no room to turn around. The staff were extremely apologetic and as helpful as they could be. The restaurant was lovely with breakfast cooked on site.
