Stayed for just the one night. Reception was open and staffed by two very nice ladies. They quickly explained everything and have us our room key which was a disabled room. There is no lift to the first floor, so if you have issues walking make sure you get a ground floor room. The room was very clean and comfortable, and despite freezing temperatures outside was very warm. However, parking was a challenge for me as I’m disabled and the car park was near full. I don’t blame the hotel just inconsiderate guests occupying disabled parking bays and not displaying blue badges. Overall good stay.
