At this Premier Inn the staff helped me over and above what you would expect as i am disabled. The staff helped me on arrival and when I was leaving. I booked a disabled room, but the hotel was not really suitable for a disabled person on their own. The ramp up to reception is very steep and you need someone to push you up. Worse still is the ramp up to the nearby restaurant where you go for breakfast. The breakfast I had was excellent. No lift so book ground floor room if you are disabled.
