This is a good hotel with excellent staff, comfy beds and decent breakfasts. However, as a disabled traveller I am amazed that there are no walk-in showers in the accessible rooms. Surely when the major refurbishment took place they could have replace with wet room. The lift means that it is suitable for the disabled without the need to request a disabled room. The continental breakfast has enough choice for the fussiest or largest of eaters. Disabled parking too available. Overall good stay.
