On arrival saw there was no lift, and the stairs were a bit of a challenge for my disabled partner whom relies on two crutches to get about. There was only one room or disabled residents and about 6 parking spaces. The receptionists were very polite as always in Premier Inns, and nothing asked for was a problem. Unusually, the bed was not as comfortable as other Premier Inns we have stayed at. Breakfast was served efficiently and was of a good quality. The staff are its best asset. Overall great stay.
