I couldnt fault the staff as they went out of their way to help and they are not at fault for the design of the building. The location of the disabled car park spaces is not good as it is too far away from the disabled ramp, what is close are stairs which is pointless. We had a disabled room which was good and spacious but little bit noisy as above the entrance area. The room has air con and was spotlessly clean. There was a huge walk in shower which was a bonus. The beds as usual were of the highest quality and made for a good night’s sleep. All in all a good visit.
