This is a great cinema with lots of free parking. The entrance is level and auto open and the ticket desk has a dedicated low-level booth, separate from the general queue line. There are also automated ticket machines if desired with low-level settings too. There are two accessible toilets, however, and there is reasonable space inside, but no hoist available. Some of the screens have the usual spaces that are way too close to the screen, although they are refurbishing them slowly and the updated screens have their wheelchair spaces much further back which is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. I really enjoy visiting this cinema. They doo sell refreshments, but not any tea or coffee, but they do not mind you taking in your own hot beverage from one of the nearby cafes.
