In a quiet street, this is a great hotel with good access at either the front or rear of the hotel. At the back is a tiny car park, but as we arrived in London by train, we did not use it. The hotel has low counters for check-in and the staff are more than happy to help with luggage. The room was located near the elevator and was spacious with a great bathroom and low hanging wardrobe space for clothes. Breakfast was excellent. Really felt at ease in this hotel.
