So we arrived and yes, there was accessible parking and all the routes to the hotel and through the hotel were accessible. However, the room was less than accessible. The bathroom was barely wide enough to get my wheelchair into. The shower was over a tub which I could not use at all and the room layout meant I could wheel to the foot of the bed and no further. When we complained, we were told that the accessible rooms were all occupied and that we had the next best thing!
