    When we arrived, there was no assistance for luggage and the reception desk was in the lobby, one floor above street level. In reception – no lowered check-in desk. There was no accessible room available on the exec floor, which we booked. We ended up on a Lower floor, furthest away from the elevators. The room was OK though, with lots of space and a roll in wardrobe. The bathroom was spacious and had roll in shower. More grab handles around the toilet would help. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and in the most part helpful. I would like to recognise the assistance on Blake, a front desk manager who added some bonus to our stay for the poor service.
