This is situated in a great location on the South Bank of the Thames, but access is naff. Wheelchair users must descend into the bowls of the hotel and in through the maintenance area, pushing through often stagnant water filled dopped kitchen remains. Going underground is also via a steep hill, which one must ascend to exit the hotel. Here the lifts are monitored and therefore you must also find a member of staff with a pass to be able to get to reception or your bedroom and vice versa. This is a great pity as generally, once inside the hotel is fine. There are two accessible spaces for the hotel, but needless to say, the likelyhood of getting one free is low.
