An amazing expereince and one which we thoroughly enjoyed. We went at night time, mainly because we had done the Empire State during the day. There is a good, indoor area from which to view as well as the outer decks to wheel around. There are toilet facilities at the top as well. Because of the wind, none of the doors are automated, but there was plenty of other visitors willing to assist.
