This would be a much better cruise if the access equipment onboard was working. There is a ramped access, which is good and there is a wheelchair lift to the passenger deck, which was not working. I had the option to tumble out of the wheelchair and shuffle down the steps or stay in an open corridor, subject to the cold. The staff apologised and said the ticket agent should have informed me about the lift. However, I must say that the cruise, was informative, the commentator was humourous and I did enjoy the trip.
