Dreadful night. We had booked last room. So was given the disability room. Which was my fault not noticed. The heating didn’t work. Which was sorted in no time. But I think her name was Debbie. This colleague should not work in customer service no people skills at all. She had asked me to stop shouting about issues as was promised a refund went back to collect my things. She knocked on door to say she was Unable to give a refund. Told me not to shout so I stopped but I told her calmly to stop shouting at me twice. So we stayed later on that night no sleep as our room was next to toilets all night every 10 mins tap and hand dryer. So headed out to the desk Debbie said she had finished and was unable to help so asked her to find someone that could. She got a colleague but told colleague in front of my how rude I was. I pointed out she was going home. Please don’t get involved. The other colleague said he will switch off hand dryer headed back to room at this point she was slagging me off to other colleague in front of other guests. So I pointed out was still there. This point was not happy. Debbie stated she had done a report on me. And that I had a split personality. I mean I only spoken to her twice and she was the one shouting more than me. This person is in the wrong job with no people skills. I would suggest the gravesend travel lodge. This is the hotel we use every week with no issues was just fully booked.
