We did’nt need to park as we had wreaked the car in the dark on Rhino Pass, ( do not let your sat nav take you this way) the staff when we got there, thanks to an angel called Joe, the staff went over and above to help us; from a really scary and challenging start we had a wonderful break. Thankyou to the wonderful and careing staff at the New Dungeon Ghyll hotel.
