This was our first visit to this Premier Inn to visit family and to attend one function. We stayed for 2 nights. There were disabled parking next to the hotel. Fantastic friendly staff always willing to help when needed,very good facilities for disabled people, wet room also risers available for bed so hoist can be used. Each day staff asked if we needed any help with anything. I had to pull the emergency cord one morning because my disabled wife was on the floor, within seconds 2 members of staff came into room and without any hesitation helped me lift wife into her wheel chair. Great accessible stay.
