First of all we would like to thank the wonderful kind and caring, staff at this premier inn for everything they did to help us. Stayed here recently in a disabled room with partner who is a wheelchair user, although the bathroom is not ideal as it has a bath which is inaccessible due to my partner disability and needs the wet room. The room was clean and spacious and had other disabled friendly features such as grab rails in the bath area and round the toilet. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating in both the hotel and the adjoining restaurant. Great stay for us all around and will come back for sure if gets wet room too in next visit.
