All booking was very efficiently handled. Me and my disabled partner spent the weekend in Grimsby and stayed at this hotel. The people on the front desk were polite and very friendly. The hotel was very clean and tidy. We had the disabled room and the room was massive large and so was the bathroom accessible. Taking a shower was no problem and plenty of room for wheelchair. The bathroom for disabled people is of the very highest quality. Top class service and highly recommends to all.
