As my friend is is a wheelchair user and so we booked the disabled adapted room with an interconnecting door to a normal room on the ground floor which worked really well. Excellent adaptations and disabled facilities. The disabled room was large, comfy and everything on hand as needed. Bed was lower than normal as usually quite high, but ideal for disabled user. Bathroom had hand rails where needed, so again ideal if used as disabled accommodation. The Beefeater next door was ideal, good food and good service. Staff are always helpful at Premier Inn, very polite. All in all great stay.
