Stayed for one night after a visit to Wolverhampton. The staff were very happy, smiling, friendly, happy to help. We had a disabled room as requested in the advance only. Disabled access and rooms are great with plenty of room for wheelchairs and other walking aids to manoeuvre around the room. Room was clean and to the level expected. A comfortable hotel. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked food to order. All the staff were incredibly attentive. Many disabled parking spaces so no issue at all. Overall good stay.
