On arrival the reception lady was so helpful sorting out my disabled room without any fuss. I had booked a disabled room with wet room which was extremely lovely and disabled friendly for the wheelchair users like me. The beds and pillows were very comfy and had a great sleep in the night with no noise at all in the surroundings. Cooks were outstanding breakfast was fast and enjoyable with nothing being too much trouble. The staff in general are always very good at this hotel and seem genuinely friendly and polite which makes the stay more comfortable.
