Oh this is not a good hotel for the wheelchair user. The location was okay as we were there on business and it suited us. The staff were mixed with being pleasant. Some were very helpful and friendly, whilst others were grumpy and showed no interest. The room was basic and small and the bathroom was completely inadequate. It was too small to fit a wheelchair into and there was no roll in facility which left an option of just a flannel wash. Very bad indeed. I would not recommend this hotel.
Stayed at the Wyndham for 2 nights. We stayed in wheelchair accessible suite. The accessibility is not up to the standards of some European hotels we stayed in. Especially the bathroom, not spacious enough for a wheelchair user and not fully equipped with accessibility features. The concierge we superb. Very helpful and pleasant. There were a few staff who were extremely nice and helpful. Restaurant, where we had breakfast every day was good. Helpful staff. The experience was average.
