Stayed here for a week and we got quickly checked in and our room was on the 42nd floor. We had the “Disabled Access” room and looking at the floor plan on the fire escape plan, we had a considerably bigger room compared to the other rooms on the floor. Every thing in the room was tidy, the bed was massive, and the bathroom was clean with wheelchair access and a walk in shower room. Free Wi-Fi was available in the Reception/Bar area, where a lot of guests hang about to take advantage of that. Location of the hotel is good. Accessible parking was also available. Overall accessible stay for us.
