Stayed here few months ago and it was not so good experience. We booked a disabled room and a family room, took us much longer time to check in. On getting into the rooms we found them to be outdated and dirty, not very light, they did clean it up soon on complaining. The disabled room was very small and almost impossible to get a wheelchair safely round. We were upset about the disabled room as it was a bath with a shower, on booking we were told it was a wet room. Only thing good about here was their Staff, they were polite, kind, friendly and helpful all the time.
