We had a best experience during our stay here. On arrival, the receptionist noticed my wife was disabled and immediately and without prompting re-arranaged our accomodation such that we had a ground floor room. The room was scrupulously clean, comfortable and well appointed and we welcomed the shower gel and liquid soap. Bathroom was well appointed too. Manager checked us out the following morning and was most interested to determine whether or not we had been satisfied with our stay. We got the impression that this was a well run establishment where customer service was of paramount concern with sensitive concern and consideration given to disabled customers.
