No accessible parking was available at the hotel. The reception staff was not that much helpful for disabled guests which i have experienced for the first time in this hotel. Accessible lift was good for disabled guests which i like it. Got the disabled room and the room was clean spacious and big with disabled facilities. Level access is available in the main public areas of the hotel. Good and clean toilets. Overall average stay.
