As a wheelchair user, I was glad to see a ramp to allow access to the lounge areas & Reception desk, but unfortunately it disappeared in the evening. An accessible room had been booked which was adequate, with comfortable twin beds. The bathroom was fitted with disabled adaptations around the toilet, with a sink that allowed me to sit right under it. The bath had many hand rails. Room was nice and spacious and everything was spotless. Huge bed and and very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.
