Before confirming the booking told about the disability and requested accessible room. The staff were lovely and they re-located our room to one nearer the exit in the lobby and near the disable parking bays outside the entrance. The rooms were spacious with disabled facilities along with disabled toiletaries, etc. Cleanliness was great around the hotel. No doubt in that. Staff were very helpful once they know that you have disability problems. Will help you allover. Definitely will stay again in future.
