What a great place to visit. We visited on a cold day in York. The staff were helpful and also helped us with my disabled partner. They also accept the max card for free entry for those with disabilities. We had a short presentation and then went to explore. Very good fun and very informative. Also wheelchair accessibility is great and nothing to worry about. Also they have accessible toilet facilities for disabled visitors. Lift is also available. Great visit for my disabled partner also.
