I stayed with my family here before few months. We stayed in a disabled room on the 10th floor which meant we had a view for a change. The bed was large and comfy with fluffy pillows. Plenty of room for the wheelchair and the shower wet room was great and well laid out. It was very wheelchair friendly, the only thing that could be improved would be a larger shower seat. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff was highly attentive and hard working.
