On arrival no disabled parking bays found but managed anyhow. On approaching the centre I saw a queue and it was a hot day and I was already in a bit of pain. I approached a member of staff to say that I was happy to wait but was there somewhere I could sit because I had my crutches and couldn’t stand for long. The staff ushered me to the front and straight to the ticket desk. I was more than happy to wait but they insisted. They offered us to use the disabled wheelchair lift to get down the stairs and made us feel very welcome, saying to ask staff if we need anything. There is a huge disabled toilet which was very clean and a lift to access all areas. Thank you to the staff. Would definitely return and great accessibility.
