I arrived this hotel but there is no ramp to the front door, just steps. Being disabled this was a problem which continued inside. After checking I asked if there was a lift and advised there was not. Despite my disability being clearly visible to the person at reception I was not offered any help with my luggage. The bathroom was tiny with broken floor tiles. The towels provided were like sandpaper and well past their use, they were not bath towels but large hand towels. Not recommend to disabled friendly user!
