Free disabled parking facility available at the museum. On arrival and throughout the tour the staff very helpful especially for the disabled. Very interesting exhibits at the museum to see. The museum has a lift to all galleries on three floors and wheelchairs are available for use by disabled visitors for free. Induction loops for hearing impaired visitors are installed in reception and the Victorian room setting. Accessible toilets available at the museum and baby changing facility too. Overall good visit and accessible visit.
